TIMBER SASH BOX REPLACEMENTS
We can install brand new timber sash boxes made from either Accoya or hardwood, complete with new sashes, beading, weights, and pulley wheel system.
New Bespoke timber sash boxes
Sash boxes are the main timber frame that house a sash window. It contains a pulley wheel and counterweight system that support the movement of the window.
With a new sash box replacement everything is brand new, all framework, moving components and sliding sashes.
Included in the installation, we also fit new architraves and window nosing which we will paint to match the new sash box.
Why you might need new timber sash boxes ?
If your sash box have deteriorated beyond repair, suffered from woodworm or structural movement, a new sash box replacement would be necessary.
